Default Re: Camshaft Group-Buy -- Interest Thread

I am definitely getting cams and an airbox and tune, I am interested in the streamline 288/280 cams and their new airbox. I'd really like to see some dynos of the products on some customer cars first, when it comes to the M3 I like to buy the best parts available but I never want to be the first to try those parts lol.

I know the airbox thread will have lots of testing but will we see some dyno sheets for the cams with stats on the supporting mods and what tune etc?

Possibly after the CSL intake group buy we can start testing cams. However it will be after that, as we need to test the CSL airbox first and we have reserved 4 dyno days and a tuner for that. We need to organize the whole cam swap thing if we are to test camshafts as well. That will come, just not with the airbox release sadly .

I know....I was afraid of that haha. Trying to space things out as best I can since I know we all have budgets.

The good news is, I will keep running GBs periodically as long as demand exists.

BTW, not to derail my own thread. I saw your post on FB about switching to Liquimoly. For what it's worth. I have had great experience with it.

Thank you Sir, appreciate your input. And the bbk GB has the most interest from me. Make it happen and do the rears too, and offer the option to paint it. You will save me the headache of doing all the leg work. Thanks!

All of that is in place. Fronts are a guaranteed GB, and paint is a guaranteed option. Working on lining up rear calipers so we can offer the same package deal for the rears. Those are in the works as well. =)

Count me in for the race cams. Will there be a DLC coating option?
