Default 98 M3/4/A Sedan, 87k miles, issues so cheap!

1998 M3 Sedan
87,xxx Miles.
Recent cooling system replacement at BMW dealer.
Brand new refurbished interior (300 miles ago).
HID Glass retrofit headlights.
New tires.
Convertible X brace.
Seibon CF hood (clear coat fading in spots).
A/C is cold.
New M3 floor mats and m3 trunk mat.

Let me just start off with the cons. This car has just about every common E36 issue there is wrong with it. The sunroof is stuck open (I hacked together a fix that works pretty damn well composed of a large piece of fiber board and a nice amount of gorilla tape). The driver side window regulator arms are broke/bent and that window no longer works. The key cylinder spins if you dont push the key in enough when attempting a start. The airbag light is on.

This car was declared totaled by insurance back in 05 I believe because of a major hail storm on Staten island. There are still pretty decent hail damage dents in the roof and trunk and some body panels. I replaced the stock hood but still have original, but with dents of course. This car is not a show winner.

I bought it with 56k miles for my wife to daily drive back and forth to work and the car has been dead nuts reliable for her, which was the whole point we got it. I always replaced or got fixed any suspected mechanical issues (new headlights, car has new refurbished front calipers and the whole cooling system is brand new parts).

This could either be a fun 30mpg+ daily for someone to fix the issues on the side and get a great DD, or someone i suppose could retire her and part it out and get more than im asking easily.

$4500 OBO

Pickup in Central NJ.
