I still have my 1997 Window Sticker - it reads "20 MPG City" not 19. Did MPG go down for the 1999?

this poll sucks. (sorry man)
vader seats were standard 6 disc changer was standard AFAIK (it was never listed as an option on any window sticker i've seen) the spare wasn't an option. I could go on and on, but there are just alot of errors there.

Agree, you're not listing options, it's a mish-mash. But I did take the poll.
Here's the option list for the 1999. First price is invoice, second MSRP. As I've been known to say, no one every has EVERY one (on this board, anyway): PAINT TYPE STANDARD PAINT $0 $0 SEAT TRIM LEATHER SEAT TRIM (STD) N5__ $0 $0 ROOF TYPE SUNROOF NOT DESIRED $0 $0 PWR TILT/SLIDE SUNROOF -inc: one-touch open, key-off retained pwr, key-in-lock close, wind deflector 401 $790 $950 ADDITIONAL OPTIONS HEATED FRONT SEATS -inc: heated washer jets, heated driver door lock 494 $415 $500 PWR FRONT SEATS -inc: 8-way pwr/2-way manual sport front seats, manual thigh support 458 $785 $945 ON BOARD COMPUTER -inc: 8-function display w/average fuel economies, average speed, distance to destination, estimated time of arrival, range on remaining fuel, programmable speed limit, stopwatch 554 $415 $500 PREMIUM HARMON/KARDON SOUND SYSTEM -inc: 6-disc CD changer, 320 Watts, 10-speakers, AM/FM radio w/RDS, Tape with Dolby B/C Noise reduction 674 $810 $975 CRUISE CONTROL 540 $395 $475 17" M-CONTOUR ALLOY WHEELS 781 $0 $0 17" DOUBLE SPOKE 2 ALLOY WHEELS 781 $0 $0 17" POLISHED 5-DOUBLE SPOKE FORGED ALLOY WHEELS 783 $1,205 $1,450 REAR SPOILER -inc: integrated 3rd brake light 325 $540 $650

Sadly, we can only have 15 options in a poll.
Yes, I didn't follow official options, but the percentages are still valid. I didn't list 6-CD changer as an option. HK (with the button on the console) was an option. With 6 different years, there is no way to go by official options (for example, 3-spoke steering wheels weren't available until 1998). By this point, most of our cars are no longer the exact way they came from the factory when new. I doubt the 1998 had 10 more HP than the 1997. |
