How bad does the seat have to be to need crack filler? I only have wear that needs to be refinished (painted) on my side bolsters. They arent horrible but are starting to lose the black color

also, do you have to apply the dye to the whole seat or could i apply it only to the areas in need?

Default color?

Does the dye match the oe color? As asked above, do you need to dye the entire seat or just the patched areas? When done, will the repaired seat match the color of the other seat?

The dye is perfectly matched, you just need to tell Leatherique exactly the name bmw has for your color.

I dyed the complete seat so I don't know about small areas.

My assumption is if your seats look new except for the area you are redying you should be fine.

My seats had sun damage, therefore the original Dove gray color was faded.

Leatherique suggests trying a small area first, delute the dye as necessary.

Note: make sure you use the correct brush suggested by leatherique. If not your seats will look like art work, " you will see brush strokes"
