Default Is the M3 supposed to have spark plugs done and 60K miles or inspection 2?

Just got my car back from inspection 2... everyone was done on the checkliest except for sparkplugs.... which the lists says should have been done (black dot under M3) but they just wroke 60,000 miles next to instead.

Anyone has this done for free as part of their inspection 2?

They're supposedly good for 100k miles...RRT told me to come back in 20K miles and get them done (methinks its a DIY though)...they're probably fine at 60k

it's confusing...the BMW checklist has a dot next to plugs under Inspec II

but at the top it says 60k miles...

the plugs cost $15 each @ sparkplugs.com, 28 from the dealer
