Default Reverse mirrror tilts UP!

When I put it in reverse, the mirror tilts up instead of down. Also, if I press up on the mirror adjustment, it goes down. So the system is backwards. Shop didn't know how to fix this, anyone have that problem? Also, I can't seem to reset my trip odometer. It just keeps going.

Where's the switch or plug at? Could pulling the fuse reset it too?

My passenger mirror forgets its tilt-down position once it a while, and defaults to the "look at my side skirts" position.

Have you tried reprogramming it? Then again, you have to have that ability unlocked by the dealer iirc, but maybe your car already has it since it is moving the wrong way. Worth the shot.

Find somebody to enable your mirror tilt memory, so you can just adjust it to any position you want.
