I asked why the torque curve did that and they say that It's because it loosened up but kicked in again just under 7k rpm. Dont know the basics or the ins and outs of dyno's but its better than what I expected....

You bring up a good point. AA did market this in another post started by AA themselves and also another member on this forum that showed the Gen 3 SC's for stage 1 (478BHP) and stage 2 (525BHP). Im not sure if its because all the buzz going around about VF's SC kits but I checked their webpage the other day and its back to the old Gen 2 stage 1 and 2 SC's. I asked Omar about this and they're having issues with their webpage. Basically, they increased the power for the SC'd E46 M3's and did not raise the price for new buyers...... Nothing wrong with that...

That's what I suspected. I knew they were going to do something along those lines. That a good business move on AA's part. You always keep your eyes open on what the competition is doing. When they make a move, you need to respond in kind. I think this move will make it much harder for some buyers to leave there S/C products and go with VF.

$9,400 for Stg. 1 , which is now a very attractive price compared to the VF kit with the new bump in hp/trq.

You're thinking about the sale price they offered for a limited time a while back.
