Post Barrington Motor Werks Service Dept.

I was wondering if anyone has had their car serviced at Barrington Motor Werks? How was their customer service, etc? I'm finding that they charge a lot more than other BMW dealerships (i.e. their hourly rate is $115 versus Knauz's hourly rate of $65 - 75). Anyone experience the same?

My mom has her mercedes serviced there are in my opinion they are very expensive.
If you are willing to go to Barrington, then I would drive to Patrick in Schaumburg. Great service, consistantly.

I bought my M3 from Motor Werks, and have had them do service work but it was all under warranty although they did repair other stuff that wasn't covered for free. Bob Poduch (SA) has taken care good care of me on several occasions and has always returned my calls the same day if I had any questions. As far as being more expensive, I'm not sure.
Patrick is actually closer to me but still continue to use Motor Werks because of the relationship I established over there.

There is no way Knauz only charges $65-75 an hour for service.

I bought my car from there though, and was very happy

I've serviced my previous M3 at Knauz, and yes they do charge between $65 - $75; One thing is for sure, I know it's not $115! The only reason I got my LCM reflash done at Motor Werks is because I purchased my current M3 from there and they were taking care of a couple of items free of charge;I wanted to kill two birds with one stone.

Hmmm Knauz's hourly rate seems kind of cheap then, because most places I have heard of charge customers more than that.
