Default Huge Props to Tom from EAS

I just bought a BlueTooth retrofit kit and a DICE from EAS. The BMW supplied instructions for the BlueTooth kit were a little cryptic and my car didn't quite match the pictures in the instructions. I called EAS and left a message on their support like asking for help. Tom called me back immediately and sorted my issue. I ran into a couple of other problems and reached Tom right away. Finally at abouto 6:30 (90 minutes after EAS closed) I ran into another challenge, left a message and still got a call right back. This is just great customer service. I'm tempted to buy products from EAS for the guys working my helpdesk so they can see what customer service is supposed to look like at its very best.

Many thanks to Tom.

Ian

Ian,

The best part was calling and hearing you over the Bluetooth system - verifying everything was up and running.

Glad we were able to get you going before the weekend.
