Why would anyone with a six cylinder motor want those parts after they've been hacked up?

Well two metal rails have been cut. The rest is all about the same. As long as purchasing the new parts is factored into price, it's all good. Odds are some sap will purchase without factoring that in.

Well a good metal shop will cut holes with a nice milling machine in a piece of metal with minimal problem. Particularly larger shops will have machines with many axiis which will just make the process ever-so-easy.

If there was actually a benefit to adding them to these cars, I'm sure someone would produce them. From what I've read from those who have done it, the benefits are virtually zip.
