STS is a great company and they make some serious power as well. Its not as powerful as turbo's at the block but for V style engines you can run a single turbo instead of ponying up for twin turbos.

It also saves on turbo manifolds. The problem for our cars is that they are so flat underneath there is little room for piping and the charge pipe would end up getting heated by the exhaust pipes. Then you would need an intercooler on top of the extended pipes. (remote turbos also benefit from running so much colder they dont need intercoolers until really high boost, but the charge pipes run on the opposite side of the car usually)

Add to that custom creation of brackets, piping, add an oil pump, and you end up spending almost as much to build a regular turbo setup and you wont make as much power.

And in the end... there is no way to tune the MS54 DME for a turbo...yet.

but thats ok, i am sure someone will find a way to do it eventually or find a way around it...
