My Cd changer and radio tuner went out on my 15k miles car. After hearing the ridiculous price the dealer wanted to charge me for the parts, I decided to contact Tom to see if he could help out. Not only did he get me the parts - OEM - I may add, at a fraction of the cost of what the stealer wanted, but was always helpful and quick to respond to any doubts I had.
