The most common application is to have a muffler shop weld it into section 1 next to the stock resonator. It will significantly reduce or eliminate rasp depending your other exhaust components. Search AR25 - many threads available.

The diameter of the stock pipe is 60mm, the AR20 will slip inside whereas the AR25 will slip over. Both models have the same body just the flange diameter differs. Both should work equally as well, but I preferred to slip over, especially since 60mm is closer to 2.5" (63.5mm) than 2" (50.8mm).

So how much does it cost to have someone weld this to the stock exhaust system? Can anyone else verify that this removes RASP, or atleast reduces it to a reasonable level.

Thanks for the explanation, I really want to do this, only if I could hear a car that has it done from inside.

I know of many people that have done it and confirmed that it removes rasp, my question is if it makes the car too quite at the same time

I found this listing on eBay for an AR25 resonator for $51.75, with free shipping. Seller is a powerseller with 99.7 positive ranking.

Might be something to consider for anyone interested in buying one.
