No disrespect, but I'd keep the Dodge outside. Not an M3.

This is coming from someone who says they can afford the new M3 but not the gas...

I have only one covered parking space that I share with my roommate, I hate parking the M outside but can't help it. In any case, if its parked out side then I always put a cover on it.

Don't have a garage, so the M3, the Mini and the van all sit outside. Only major issues are occasional bird droppings and the car gets dirty quickly.

Every thing's a balance.

I do not have a grage where i live now ... but my grandfathers house is close by, i park it their all the time, althought its a hastle sometimes ... but it feel so not worried and so comfortable when u know that she is under the ground safe

i would advice u have an car alarm for the M and always cover it, bird poop is not very healthy for the paint ...

Yeah I store mine outside while I am at school. Just have to wash it once a week, which I do when its stored in a garage.

Been parking it outside (covered spot) since I bought it back in September...but I just bought my first home so 1.5 weeks to closing and then ///M will have a nice place to rest at night.

But it sits outside (not covered) for 9 hrs every day at work so whats the point?...

Would I?.........Nope, under no circumstance would I own an M vert unless I had access to a garage. Parking outside occasionally while visiting a B&B or traveling is one thing. Parking outside at home would never sit well with me.

When I was at your station in life, I had to park ourside too. My car was a 1974 VW Beetle which was abused every night. That was in San Francisco. Maybe better where you are.

depends on where you live? If it is a nice area then you won't have to worry as much about theft or vandalism and mostly just weather...not that nice areas are
100% theft and vandalism proof but just a less of a worry...if you are in a not so good area I wouldn't park it outside....

I have to admit, all of my cars are always garaged.
