Peake Research R5/FCX 3-16 BMW Engine Scan Reset Tool (2001-2007)

- R5/FCX3-16 Works on BMW Model Years 2001-2007
- Displays REAL BMW "factory" engine fault codes (unlike OBDII tools that only display generic error codes)
- Resets the Check Engine & Service Engine Soon Light.
- Resets the Oil Service - Inspection Lights & Service Mileage through 2005.
- Includes instruction and code lookup booklet.

Just to add to this thread: I have a peake research scan tool and it's awesome. Very simple to use and very small (I keep it in the trunk all the time). They use their own numbering system for the codes, but you can use their website to translate them to standard OBD codes if you need too.

will this do airbag reset as well or is that a diff unit?

Only the R5/SRS tools reset your airbag light.
