VFE Stage 2 goes up against a Stage 3 996TT & a ASP Stage 3 Audi S4...

...and no it's not my car.

Fanatic7 and USCtrojan, got together today and did a few pulls. An ASP Audi Stage 3 B5 S4 joined in as well.

Temps were around 102 degrees today in Vegas, they ran in a location that was about 2900' above sea level. The 996TT has K16/24 turbo's and FVD stage 3 software, and was on 91 octane, the VFE was on 100 from the pump, the Stage 3 S4 on 91. The TT and M3 had a passanger, the S4 was solo.

Only clean vid of the 911 vs m3. 911 jumped the start pretty bad but still got pulled on 4+ cars.

It seemed like the Porshe & S4 did good down low, but once I got into high RPM's in third gear my car really woke up. I was concerned about the high temps, but I believe being little heat soaked affected all of us equally. I was a bit surprised on the outcome

Good vids Brotha, looks like you guys had a blast, we'll do some more next weekend, with Martin and a few other TT's, Karl's S4, and Mikey's AA M3.

I think with 100 octane in the tank Martin and you would be dead even, he needs to up the boost a bit I think. David's S4 is no slouch either, on 100 he'd be close too. Looks like the 100 degree temps and higher elevation did not affect your car anymore than their's, good to see.

We re trying to get some people to head over to Famoso Raceway this Friday night. There is a tread with a few of us heading out there. Temps should be in the high 70s at night. Not perfect, but ideal
