Retrofit Kit Solar-powered Ventilation

Saw this on RealOEM and thought it was cool (yeah puns!). Don't think I'll be buying it at $1500, but still interesting that it exists

Looks like it puts a solar panel on the front part of the sun visor and little fans on the back... so if you have the roof cracked it will actively vent the hot air out.

Might be worthwhile for some of you in hotter climates

someone on e46fanatics did this several years back. It was a imola red M from NY or somewhere out there. There may still be pics of it floating around...

i remember seeing it too.
i'd never do it. doesn't really make sense cause you lose the ability to use your sunroof.
