tire damaged

another shot

there is no way on dynamics, so you need to strap down using the wishbones.

posting these, to make sure that the tires get fried and totally useless with current power figures.

I hope one person wont take these and make a thread on bimmerforums.

Any M3 owners using DD, reinforce your lower wishbones. This is easy, remove your oem wishbones, and weld plates.

took off the wishbones, and this is one of a few times where POWER/TORQUE has amazed me.

Mert, try dyno the car on a flat dyno, you should have more traction that way.

thanks, yes lifted the front as well. and no good news..

even a level dyno run did not improve.

i am getting news from USA, from a top Supra tuner, who also approved that dyno dynamics has wheel spin on high powered cars.

You strapped the car in from the lower control arms? There's not supposed to be any lateral load on those pieces, for obvious reasons.

Why didn't you strap the car down from the rear jack points? There are hooks you can replace the factory pads with, and then you could strap the car down diagonally.

Wow thats the strangest damage I have seen on a tire. Did the wheels lock up on the rollers?

Have you tried using Trackbite as used at drag races on the rollers?

What size turbos are you using to produce that kind of power at such low boost? Are you measuring your boost at the intake manifold?

Sorry for all the questions.

Harold, according to dynamics, the tires should be pulled vertically to the rollers. By using the control arms, i can have a 90 degree vertical pull onto the rollers.

when i strap as per your instruction, the car will pulled rearwards, not onto the rollers vertically. Rearwards pulling is not wanted on DD.

anyway, thank you for thinking and sharing.
