Well Ive hit the 90,000mi mark now. Upon recent visit to the dealership they said my rear Trailing Arm Bushings needs replacement soon and it isnt covered under my bmw extended warranty as its a wear and tear item. They quoted me about $600 with labor.
So my questions are: I think Im going to get Powerflex aftermarket replacements due to good responses here. Do I need to change both front and back or just changing the back is ok? Can any auto shop replace them and probably charge me less? What would be a decent rate? Any advice/experiences on fixing this part is greatly appreciated! Thanks! ~Matt

PF would be a good choice imo. You only need the rears. Any shop with a good assortment of puller tools should be able to do it, but I'd take it to a BMW indy if at all possible. Whoever does it, make absolutely certain that they lube up all sides of it with COPER antiseize
