Default Strange "POP" sound

So I have a noise coming from my M3 that I am stumped on and need some help to diagnois.

I have a single "pop" sound coming from the front right or front left side of the car either when I turn the steering wheel almost full lock to the right or full lock to the left. I also sometimes hear the noise when I'm going over bumps or dips on the road. The noise is predominantly coming from the front right side but the front left side also makes the noise sometimes. I can't really describe the noise, but it sounds like the "pop" sound you hear when you lower your car after it's been jacked up and the spring settles on the perch.

I've inspected my wheel bearing and there is no play in the front wheels.

I've disconnected my sway bar and tried driving, but the "pop" sound is still there without the sway bar connected.

When I jack up the car and turn the steering wheel full lock, there is no noise. The noise only occurs when there's weight on the wheels.

OK, I should clarify. The suspension is modified, I am running Ground Control D/A Coil Overs and Dinan Sway Bar.

I'm pretty much stumped on this one and would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

Check the coil spring to make sure it is seated in the perch correctly. Good luck.

Did you resolve this issue? I'm having something similar and my indy tech can't seem to locate it. Everything is tight in the front suspension. Everything is stock, no suspension upgrades.
