Most of them have medium to high yields which is a bonus because historically the majority of money made in the market when holding stocks for a long time, comes from dividend yields.
I made a little money on an ETF listed as EWM. When you get around to those 4-5 let us know.

Clinuvel is a penny stock. It is an austrailian pharma company that hasa a product called epitan that is in very late stage testing, everything still looking up and up. I bought 24K shares about 4 years ago for $.16 a share. The product would replace all these tanning salons/self tanners etc.

It has already passed approval for extreme cases like albinoism and other rare sun diseases. Might turn into something.

My sweet ex wife convinced me not to sell at $1.20 a year agoish, and at last check it was back to $.20
Excuse my interruption (caught this posting via a Google alert) but "Epitan" was Clinuvel's original name (prior to 2006). They have been developing a tanning drug called melanotan-1 (which they're developing under the generic name "afamelanotide" now). They're actually currently testing it for sufferers of the skin disorders EPP and PLE. They just got FDA approval to conduct human trials in the U.S. for EPP. Wired Science covered the news:

Suntan Drug Greenlighted for Trials

I think your wife was right, this drug is probably going to be a blockbuster!

Cheers,
Melanotan-1 - afamelanotide - Scenesse

I keep wanting to get into Activision but I think I missed my chance when it was in the high 8's. That stock is going to go through the roof around Christmas time when the COD6 sales records start rolling in.
