My question exactly, and yeah, I was thinking tires, but by the end, the BMW still appears to have four fully functional tires-- which totally fails to explain why he's driving like a grandma...

I mean, I get that it's probably fairly difficult to shoot out the tire of a moving car in front of you with a pistol from another moving vehicle, but the whole thing is just comically ineffective. In the USofA, that chase would have been over about a minute into the video...
