12 months/12k miles.
would have been around $1900 but I opted to have them update the valve body and replace the tc while they had it open.

i think that "when" my auto goes, ill just 6sp swap so i can keep my 3.91. can you jus use a E46 6sp?

Yes, you can use the e46 6 speed. You need to have a custom driveshaft made, along with some other items, but it's been done many times.
