FYI, Not sure about your local laws, but where I live once you get a tint ticket (whether or not it is dropped bc you "proved" that the tints were removed, which btw most cops will come out to verify on your car) you are put in the system. If you get another tint citation then it is an automatic fine (and a hefty one at that).

dude...you are in NY..a tint that dark is gonna cause you nothing but problems...IMO dark tints look tacky

I would go with a 50% tint which is rather classy looking...the darkest 35%

IMO Mirror tint looks like junk on the E46 especially on a black one. It might look halfway descent on a TIAG but not black.

Id say go with nothing darker than 20% all around using a nice ceramic or semi metallic tint.

Tomarrow I was going to get a flame job on my M3. Anyone know if they make the louver shade for the back window for the M3?
