The thing is, I don't care about the leaning, per se..it's the blatant disrespect of other people's belonging that would make me mad. The best approach is to politely tell them to gtf away.

Alright, similiar type of disrespect but with far worse damage:

1). A**holes that park right next to you and slam their door all the way open , denting and scratching your car. This happened to me once while I was in my 535. Lady with kids jumps out because it is raining and slam their doors so hard into my car that they took off both paint and primer.

2.) A**holes whose method of parellel parking includes backing up until they hit something (e.g. your car), and then pulling forward. This happened to me the other day as I was sitting in my 330 and I could not believe it. I stood on my horn. I then got out to confront the guy and all he could say is "sorry dude".

Now, I don't ever park next to someone unless I can't help it. When I have to, I park next to either someone I know or somone who obviously loves their car and respects their own stuff as well as yours.

I don't have an e46 but rather e36 but I had same thing happen to me. Some punk kid was waiting for his girlfriend at my old apartment complex and proceeded to sit on the hood of my car. I was pretty pissed about this so I went out and told him to get the f off. He did and said sorry but it's still the disrespectful part that people have the nerve to do this.

Yes. And at a BMWCCA track day of all places. We were in a class session, I come out and this douchecanoe is totally palm-down on my deck spoiler, watching the folks on the skidpad.

I was sorta in shock... I didn't know who the guy was or if we'd end up in a class or something later, so I start low key, just act like I need something from the trunk. He cops a bit of eye-'tude (!); I loudly say "excuse me" (with the "wtf are you thinking" tone of voice). Everyone around him (who were standing slightly in front of him) looks at him like "idiot," and he walks away.

Pretty unbelievable at an event with nothing but car guys and gals, and even more amazing because this guy was in his 50s or older. I was literally having a hard time processing it... like "am I really seeing this ****? Here? From this old dude who oughta know betta?"

My wife and I were sitting in a parking spot just after getting ice cream cones when an older couple pulled up. The lady in the pass seat looked over saw us then imm slammed open her door as hard as she could into us. I was pissed at first but let I go cause it was my wifes lease cherokee but WTF. Still should of got out and let her have it I figured she was looking for confrontation but why?

I was at a subway with my 4Runner parked out front. Some emo kids show up and hang out in front of my car, and then one of them hops on and sits on the brush guard. I waited a minute in disbelief, and then remote started the engine. He jumps off, thinking that he had mistakenly sat on a car w/ the driver still in it, so he looked pretty confused when he didn't see a driver. I shut the engine off and went back to eating my sandwich

there was five open spaces so i parked my old e30 into the middle stall, i was still in the car talking on the phone when this 16 year old in a 4-runner just HAS to park 2 inches from me. she slams her door into mine, hops out too look at the damage then notices me in my car, then she walks away to join her friends. i didnt even care about the car but the blatant disrespect was enough for me to chew the lil b. out. to make things worse her friend comes over and cops an attitude...at that moment i wish i had violent female friends

btw, i was on the phone with my sister, she was explaining to me that i shouldnt have nice things because of my bad luck
