What new car, that cost less than you M3, makes for the best daily driver if you intend for your M3 to be a weekend, recreational ride?

Post some recommendations and/or opinions.

Honda Accord - reliability, good gas mileage, modern looks, somewhat sporty with the V6. While I would definitely consider some of the other ones listed, I would probably go with the Honda.

I voted for another BMW. I didnt like any of the other cars on the list except for the Audi and the Mini. The minis are just adorable but I can't see a guy driving one.

Just picked up an Acura TSX. Navigation system and under 30K, decent HP and around 30mpg.

The M3. maybe a used M3 for a daily driver, or even an e36... Why would you want to drive something else on a daily basis?

Need a SUV/ Truck, something ruggedized for roads under construction, flying rocks, and gravel or foreign objects coming off of dump trucks, gravel trucks and the like.
