460 whp on a 325? I had a 328 before and AA told me at best it would do maybe 300whp.

I too heard that it was very hard to get more than 300whp; What stage kit does he have?

You sure? Cause the car in the pic below looks nice and polished. However the rear wheel is a lot darker, that can't be from braking (in that case the front wheel should've been darker):
