Check the heads of the clamps on the TB's, make sure they are not hitting the tiny bolts on the on the TB rail, this is a common mistake after supercharger installs.

x2 I took off my mani once and put it back on and one of the clamps around the throttle bodies was in the way of the throttle linkage.

Thanks for the advice, I will ask the mechanic to check it. My car has been experiencing limp mode between 3000rpm to 4000rpm

Guys thanks for the tips! The mechanic double checked the clamps and found no issues. However, the car it is throwing out a code for the throttle actuation.

What are the actual codes thrown? Is there a SES light thrown everytime between 3-4k rpms? Does it stutter/hesitate in that area?

x3 when my VF kit was installed it went into limp mode every time I pressed the throttle past a certain point. Intake coupler clamps were obstructing the throttle linkage. Have them look again, I believe there's at least two places this can occur and one of them is buried way behind the last throttle intake by the firewall. good luck.

Also there is a BMW software program that must be run to teach the throttle actuator to relearn open/close positions. Make sure you run this as well.

Could be coincidental failure of the TPS? Something to check (electronically) and an easy fix if so.
