Default CSL SMG - Same as M3 SMG?

Does anyone know if the CSL SMG is identicle to the normal M3 or is there different software coding, etc??

CSL SMG definitely has a different software.... the shifting is faster in S6... makes changes in 0.08 second... not too sure what other things are different though besides the software...

I was under the assumption the software was different also.
Unsure totally what the differences are and Im 100% sure if you went and spoke to your SA at BMW, they wouldnt have a clue either.

csl SMG is identical to M3 SMG which is SMGII.

Iam talking euro spec M3.


Differences are in ( CSL Vs euro M3)

1. Air intake

2. minimal internal engine modifications

3. Glass thickness

4. Exhaust and wheel weight

5. exterior: CF roof, diffuser
