Default Can less wide tires fix rubbing?

Right now im running 245/35 275/30 19s

Wheels: 19/8.5 front 19/10 rear
offset front -30 rear 22 mm

Could i run stock tire size and get them stretched.. or is that not a good idea? any help would be greatly appreciated!!

BTW, im on KWv2s, there not that low at all, i only rub on hard turns with 2 people in the car, thanks

I'm running BBS CHs which are 19x10 et20 in the rear. The tires are Toyo T1-Rs in 275/30, and I have 7" 60mm Eibach springs with Koni Sports. I had rubbing issues for quite a while, but ever since I had the rear aligned to -1.5 deg camber with 1/16" toe-in (each side), I rarely have problems...hopefully this helps. I wouldn't go with a narrower tire on a 10" wide wheel....275s are already stretched a little.

When I was running general exclaim UHPs in 275/30/19 in the back I got some rubbing, when I went to sumitomo HTRZ-IIIs no rubbing as they are slightly more narrow than the generals.

I'm running Toyo T1-Rs, which I think are also a little narrower...plus, the sidewall is a little more rounded when compared to some tires.
