why is the nitrous and fuel being sprayed on the maf in the above setup?

nozzle should be behind the MAF spraying at a 45 degree angle.

The nozzle installed on the MAF sensor housing is fine. The nozzle in his setup already has a 45 degree end so it shoots away from the MAF. I personally like to move it farther down stream but the way he has it is an acceptable install.

It is mounted in the MAF housing and it is placed directly behind the sensor allows a little more room for distribution........It is not spaying on the sensor either if you have ever seen a nozzle setup you would know that they sray at a 90 degree angle out of the bottom not straight out....

Thank-you- the reason it placed there is so that there will be a slight deflection of spray pattern on the intake elbow just before entering the intake-I have used nitrous for over 10 years- and I take careful consideration when setting up my systems- alot of people seem to throw there two cents in and heave no automotive back round- I have been working on cars in the auto industry for over 19 years- so I thank you far taking the time to understand what you are seeing and not every thing that is built needs to be done text book style if you know what I mean.

i love the zex kit for the simplicity and when i go racing no one knows when i pop the hood lol.

then i make enough money friday or sat night for my car payment.
