Valve shim kit for rent in DC area?

800 miles until inspection. Anyone around here have a kit that I can rent from them? I prefer to deal with a local before going to the rest of the board.

While I'm at it, anyone experienced willing to lend a hand to me? This will be my first time tackling such a job. Looking forward to it.
