Today I installed my BMW garage mount hardtop removal system and pulled top off my new to me 03 vert. The headliner has come loose and sagging a little bit. I looked at pretty closely to see what I might be able to do. I was thinking that maybe using some of those flat upholstery push pins might work cus I am afraid any adhesive might bleed thru. I have not found any threads on the removable top that address this. Any ideas??

Talk to body shops and upholstery shops to get an idea of what adhesive to use, also there were several members on this forum that were going to redo their headliners, perhaps they can post to advise on what glue they used and its results...

sorry reviving this thread, but I have the same problem. Anyone get their headliner fixed? I read that you can use a 3M adhesive made especially for the headliner.

Thanks!
Tan
