Looks like the Structuring foam can be found in ebay but couldn't find the Cavity foam. It's not the OEM one though, so it might be not the right foam!

Yes, that is equivalent, Lord Fusor 1908 is equivalent Ford OEM. Wouldn't surprise me if its exactly the same stuff BMW use. The only other company that I know produces this foam is Loctite.

You need to check the volume required as you'll need two cartridges of Lord Fusor whereas you only need one cartridge from BMW. ( you need 440ml total per side )

I'm assuming BMW ceased using the foam as it wasn't working, does anyone know what the results were? Also, I'm dying to know whether this DIY of affixing the Turner Reinforcement kit using epoxy works well or not. Anyone who has done this please tell us your experiences, and also, anyone who knows where to acquire the two foam products:

Cavity Foam 83 42 9 410 694
Structuring Foam 83 42 0 307 530

Please let us know where you're getting it, or any reason why it, or a similar product, shouldn't be used. Thanks.

And naturally I'm only asking these questions because I'm in Canada, and the BMW amnesty doesn't apply here. Thanks.

They are still using the foam on cars with minor damage, according to the local service manager when I was dealing with getting mine fixed.

For those wanting to DIY, Evercoat also makes panel bonding adhesive, and it works with a regular caulking gun:
