FS: 1999 M3 vert tastefully modded with Hard Top!

Hey,
I have owned the car since March 2008 and have spent over 14K in restoring the car and adding tasteful mods. The engine block is stock and runs great. I have receipts for all the work listed below including ones from previous owner. Asking 11.5K including the factory hard top with storage cart and the below mods. Interior:
* Alpine In Dash Player with XM, MP3 and IPOD/AUX connection with Remote
* New Mid Harmon Kardon speakers (86K)
* AC Schnitzler official racing pedals (3)
* Valentine V1 concealed display hardwired (Does not include V1 radar unit)
* Vaders (purchased off 1998 coupe, these were never sold on the verts). Leather self restored and installed Sept 2008
* Clifford Arrow 5 security system with proximity censor
* Driver side window motor replaced
* New blower valve resistor (110.3K)

Exterior:

* Custom Installed Remus Exhaust System (had to cut rear valence to fit the tips)
* Optional BMW factory hard top
* Staggered AZA Racing Rims AZ-06 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 (Has insurance till 02/2010 – covers bends, potholes, etc) (<1K miles)
* Michelin Ultra High Performance All Season Tires (<1K miles)
* Rolled back fenders
* Front corner clear turn signals
* Clear side markers
* HID Fog bulbs
* Debadged
* Front undercarriage cover replaced
* Soft top plastic windshield replaced at dealer (110.5K)
* Soft top tension straps tightened at dealer (110.5K)

Engine:

* Cooling system replaced - Replaced radiator, water pump, fan clutch, belts, blades, coolant expansion tank, hoses, etc (95K )
* New OEM clutch and twin mass flywheel (98.6K)
* New thermostats and thermostat housings (105.6K)
* K&N Air Filter (108K)
* New Battery (109.3K )
* Synthetic Oil Change every 4K miles
* New Bosch spark plugs (109.5K)
* Freon recharged at dealership (110.3K)
* New EVAP valve (111 K)

Braking:
* Carbon Ceramic brake pads front and rear (107K)
* Bavauto Stainless Steel Brake lines (107K)
* Brake fluid flush and replaced with Brembo racing brake fluid (107K)

Suspension:
* Bilestin PSS9 Coilovers (Self Adjustable) (109.2K)
* New front control arms (108.8K)
* New tie rod assembly (108.8K)
* New front and rear control arm bushings (108.8K)
* New front and rear strut mounts (109.2K)
* New front sway bar links (108.8K)

following done on the car first week of Jan 2010 for ~ 1K, mileage as of 1/20 is 13K.

- Replaced Brake pedal switch

- New Seat Belt clips and passenger seat sensor mat from dealership. These are apparently different on coupes vs convertibles and were setting off my airbag light. After it was completed, the airbag light issues are all resolved with no fault codes.

- New red leather with M badges armrest, boot and ebrake cover

- Synthetic Oil Change along with an inspection of the car and engine fluids. The car does not need any work and is in perfect condition.

- New cabin air filter
