You might be surprised. Monterey is tough to beat, and I haven't driven these routes, but this is a pretty good site for finding new excursions.

Yeah NJ isn't the best for fun windy roads... a great place to go is the Watchung Reservation. There isn't a ton of roads... but the roads that are there are a lot of fun... I take it every so often
