that 06 is going for 21k now, it was 31k new i believe. so it's not really that bad for 3 years. Plus it's japanese, 4 door, awd(good out of the stop light), a set of coilovers and it'll corner like a bmw.

tsx gets good mileage and has good resale, I see a lot of them on the road and don't think I've ever seen a man driving one though

New Hyundai Genesis Coupe with the turbo 4 cylinder is just a little over your price range, but you can probably talk the dealer down to around $20k. You get a nice 5 year 60,000 mile warranty since that seems somewhat important to you.
