Thanks for posting, Calvin. What a great quick reference!

One thing, though: Is it just me or is this 16-page document really just 8 pages repeated over? On my copy I saw that pages 9-16 are the same as pages 1-8.

Just making sure everyone else sees the same thing on the .pdf.
