Default LED License Plate Lights from Bimmian

Just wondering how good is the LED license plate lights from Bimmian? And wish they have carbon fiber mirror covers for E46...

I have no experience with them but they seem kind of pricey, EAS sells them for 20 bucks I believe and I guess they are pretty good, search LED and read some reviews for them.

Yeah but sometimes those "inexpensive" ones do go bad quite easily like a few LEDs can go dim after a few weeks.

I want some led's for the plates too, but everything that's offered is ridiculously bright.

I just want some subtle led's... lol

Bimmian sells the entire license plate light housing with the LED inside whereas EAS sells simple the LEDs hence the price difference.

Is there any reason to replace the whole housing versus just the light?

Replaced the bulbs with super bright and LED type but still go bad after a few weeks, thought this whole housing type can last longer.

the PIAA ones look the closest to OEM.. i got the ones from EAS and they were so bright i put them in my footwells after i got my CSL trunk and did the e92 license plate lights.. but my neighbor had the PIAA ones and they were perfect.

So you think the EAS ones were too bright? I don't want my trunk to look like a Christmas Tree. I saw a 335 vert obviously with stock LED license plate lights and Im trying to resemble that.
