Normally they call you back to confirm. No need for you to call them.

They have fantastic customer service and the mirror looks brand new, no marks on the glass or the housing and it works perfectly...

Had mine for abouta year now and its just perfect expecially for the low price!

Default mirror replacement

When replacing the mirror does anything with the security have to be reset? I recently swapped mine for another with garage door control and I noticed the light does not flash when car is locked. I put the original back on and same thing. Any ideas?

No, it is plug and play, but you should of checked the wiring of the one you installed, as you did not have garage door opening originally and as I understand it the mirror is wired differently...

Also Sybesmas does not offer a mirror with garage door control...

My rear view mirror developed a bubble in the glass this weekend. Luckily it didn't leak out. Didn't take any chances and removed it. Build date 11/01. I called Sybesma's Electronics and talked to Stacy. She e-mailed me a form. I sent it back with a picture of the sticker on mirror and they are shipping one out today.

$75 plus S&H. A far cry from a new mirror ($550 - -ouch!)

www.sybesmas.com FTW!

I presume they remanufacture them from the cores you send in. Mine looked perfect and factory fresh, absolutely no complaint and far better value getting them from BMW.

I just did mine last week. Really quick shipping, and great customer support. Stacy replied to my email within a day. Just remember to ship your old mirror back otherwise they will charge you $200 I believe. Overall, I'm really happy with the replacement mirror and it sure beats paying for a brand new OEM one.

Same here, just need to send the old one back. Sucks that it happens, but great that M3F is here to help resolve stuff like this so quickly. I'd hate to have to work through the dealer on this.
