what do you think happens when a pcar fanboy comes on here and says how high and mighty a car is... clearly from a consumer and enthusiast stand point the X5M is a better choice. Even when you mod both, the X5M still comes out on top. I love all cars equally, just because i have a bmw is not the reason i think the X5M is better.

I am talking Cayenne vs Cayenne. Although I wouldn't be surprised if the new one is a fair bit lighter then the X5M which is VERY heavy.

The cayenne also drives better, has better road feel and handles better. its funny, it took bmw all these years to make it and the x5m still isnt a better performer even though the cayenne is essentially a 6 year old design.
dont worry though, the new cayenne will be out soon and will be putting down the M suvs like rabid animals.

So where exactly is the x5m a better performer there? looks to me as though the cayenne still owns the x5m even though its a very old design. cayenne turbo s has been out for years and is still a better performer. kthanxbye.

I'm confused over this post. Why are you so wound up about it? The reality is the Cayenne Turbo S and the X5M/X6M are practically dead even in every performance review I've read. And all show the Bimmers ever so slightly edging the Porsche.
I can tell you first hand that I went round and round over deciding between a Cayenne Turbo S and one of the M SUVs. It came down to dollars and cents. Porsche just wanted too much money for their truck. Plus Porsche is moving to model refresh next year. I'll probably replace my wife's Cayenne GTS(which I love) when the new GTS version arrives. BTW, where did you get info that the new Cayennes will have a Turbo S rev? Porsche usually pumps the Turbo S versions out late in the model life. From what I have read they're focusing more on weigh savings and effeciency than power. The next Turbo I believe will still be 500bhp.
So your Cayenne Turbo S smackdown will have to wait for a year or two.

BTW2, where did you come up with "6 year old design"? The last Cayenne model refresh was 2008.

Come on. You know you like it^^^^^^^^

^ The X6's styling (and I use that term very loosely) can best be described as "an atrocity" It makes Hurricane Katrina look good.

On a side note, why must all russian people put their emergency flashers on when they street race? It looks retarded. distorts the video quality, and attracts more attention to the fact that they are street racing.

Yeah nothing says style more than a box with four wheels.

I do! I do!

I even love the "regular" 35i in Alpine White ...

And I'm not sure if I've posted these pics before, but they really put the aggressiveness of the X6 in perspective ...

Really? I love the rear end! It's very aggressive and demands attention.

I think they're doing it to alert the other drivers, so that they can move over or just stay in their lane. Btw, I wanna know who these people are....because obviously the cops have been payed off.
