Very good condition, never been in any accident, no paintwork performed, all maintenance service at BMW dealership and all receipts are kept with the car. Inspection I & II have been performed, All by BMW dealer.
I also have the original window sticker.
Carfax shows 3 owners, but in fact I'm the second owner (after starting leasing it) and I became the third owner after buying my leased car. This car has just some minor scratches from regular use and age (front bumper/hood), but nothing that a minor touch-up wouldn't fix (when you see the car it will not be a deal-breaker).
Looks great, Runs & Drives perfectly! This baby has been cared for, and garage kept! Interior is exceptionally clean and shows very minimal signs of wear. No odor present, non-smoker vehicle.
No heated seats, no extended warranty.
