Woman takes off shirt, jumps on man’s car topless and stops traffic in apparent road rage incident

A St. Petersburg woman was apprehended after an apparent road rage incident. According to reports, an unidentified , white, 30-year-old woman exited her vehicle, removed her shirt, jumped on a man’s car and flashed the driver behind the wheel.

The Florida Highway Patrol arrived at the scene and attempted to apprehended the topless woman who proceeded to flee from authorities on foot. The incident took place on the Howard Frankland Bridge and reports say the topless woman backed up traffic along the St. Pete side of the bridge as she attempted to escape. The FHP reports the woman threatened to harm herself.

The woman was apprehended and was taken to a hospital for psychological treatment for her own safety under the Baker Act.

Naked Carjacker goes on a Shooting Rampage

If getting carjacked at gunpoint is a terrifying experience, then getting carjacked at gunpoint by a naked guy has to be the most terrifying experience.

A woman told police that a naked man stole her PT Cruiser and shot her in the thigh and arm on the 800 block of North 36th Street in East St. Louis. The woman survived and police tracked the guy down a few minutes later when -- for some unexplained reason -- he tried to shoot a garbage man.

It was that kind of morning in East Boogie.

The Post-Dispatch reports that the garbage man was able to pry the gun from the naked car thief's hands but he must have had a backup burner because he fired several shots at police as they chased him from 11th Street and Lake Avenue to the Washington Park MetroLink stop near East St. Louis Senior High School at 47th Street and St. Clair Avenue, where he crashed the Cruiser and was apprehended.

And, as if that wasn't enough craziness for one morning, shortly after the woman's car was stolen at 6 a.m. police received reports of a red pickup truck getting shot at by someone with an AK-47. That incident took place on the 1500 block of Exchange Avenue, about five minutes from the site of the carjacking and near the Emerson Park MetroLink stop. No arrests have been made in that incident.

Driver crashes with three teens in boot of car

AN alleged drunk and unlicensed driver in an unregistered car with seven children aboard, including three in the boot, has crashed in Melbourne's southeast, injuring herself and five boys.

Police described as "mad" the actions of the 35-year-old woman, who had a 10-year-old boy in the front passenger seat, two 14-year-old girls and a boy, 15, in the back seat and three boys — two aged 14 and a 15-year-old — in the boot of her 1992 Mitsubishi Magna.



They were coming back from the South Gippsland Highway at Cranbourne, where they had watched the procession of motorcycles returning from the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix at Phillip Island, police said.

The woman was driving home along nearby Hawdon Drive at about 7.45pm (AEDT) today when her car ran off the road and struck a car parked on the nature strip, said Sergeant Pat McGavigan of Casey highway patrol.

The woman and five boys suffered minor injuries.

Her car struck the parked car with such force that it pushed forward the vehicle, a Kia, at a 90-degree angle, Sgt McGavigan said.

It came to rest pointing into the driveway of its owner's house, he said.

"But if that car (the Kia) hadn't been there, there were four or five people talking in the driveway next door and they would have been hit," the officer said.

"All they saw was this car out of control, then the other car spinning around into the driveway next door.

Man run over, dragged, killed by driver who was fapping behind the wheel

Half-naked man arrested and charged with running over and killing Odgen man

OGDEN, Utah (ABC 4 News)- Ogden City Police say 45-year-old Daniel Bradshaw ran over, dragged and subsequently killed 54-year-old Brent Bodily Monday afternoon.

Police say around 3:00 p.m. they received a call to the 700 block of Sullivan Road in Ogden. Officials say upon arrival they found Bradshaw in the driver's seat of a blue GMC SUV. They say they found Bodily under the front end of the vehicle deceased.

Ogden Police tell ABC 4 News Bradshaw was apparently backing out of Bodily's driveway at 762 Sullivan Rd. when he ran over Bodily and dragged him about 14 feet. Authorities say they found Bradshaw naked from the waist down and was touching himself in the groin area when they walked up to the vehicle. The immediately took him into custody for questioning. Lt. Shawn Hamblin says Bradshaw displayed erratic behavior from calm to very aggressive and are investigating whether or not he was intoxicated or possibly had some sort of controlled substance in his system.

Police have yet to determine the relationship between Bradshaw and Bodily.

Bradshaw who police say either lives in or has connections to Kamas, UT was booked in the Weber County jail and now faces a felony charge of vehicular homicide and a misdemeanor offense of lewdness.

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - A Chinese man was arrested for creating a fake U.S. Army unit and convincing immigrants that joining the squad was a path to citizenship, authorities said.

Yupeng Deng, 51, allegedly gave his recruits military uniforms, had them parade in a Los Angeles suburb and took them to the decommissioned USS Midway aircraft carrier, which is a museum in San Diego.

Deng charged more than 100 fellow Chinese nationals a fee of between $300 and $450 to join the fake Army unit, according to the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office.

He called his bogus squad the U.S. Army/Military Special Forces Reserve unit, or MSFR for short, and he gave himself the lofty title of supreme commander, prosecutors said.

Aside from telling recruits that belonging to the unit was a path to U.S. citizenship, Deng also urged them to pay him cash for higher military rank, according to prosecutors.

He also allegedly provided them with fake documents and phony military identification cards.

Deng, a resident of the Los Angeles suburb of El Monte, was arrested on Tuesday by sheriff's deputies.

He was charged with theft by false pretenses, manufacturing deceptive government documents and counterfeit of an official government seal.

Deng faces up to eight years in prison if convicted. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Wednesday, and is being held on $500,000 bail.

Jane Robison, a spokeswoman for the District Attorney's Office, declined to comment on how Deng was caught.

"All the details and evidence will come out in a preliminary hearing," she said.
