FS / Lease Assumption: E93 M3 MDCT loaded 10k miles

Decided to move this one out of my garage since I'm not driving it as much as I thought I would. Silverstone over Bamboo beige with all options including MDCT and extended leather (Original MSRP $81,370). Currently just over 10,000 miles. No winters, always maintained by dealer (oil service at 1,200 and 6,000 miles). New Michelin PS2's just installed (255/35/19 front 265/35/19 rear) with 15/10mm spacers. The car also as Dinan software, Ferodo brake pads with high temp fluid, MS scoops and filter as well as the SmartTop that EAS sells that allows one-touch operation of the top.
