A) yes get an exhaust hopefully with headers ASAP, the car is a different "beast" with headers TRUST ME.

B) get used to your car before you start doing crazy stuff.

Either the previous owner shaved the orange markers and repainted the bumper or thats a Euro bumper which did not come with the markers.
