There were a couple requests in the OEM rack thread for more pics of my car, so here they are. This is my 3rd E36 M3 (1st: Arctic 4-dr, 2nd: Estoril 2-dr) and I've had it for a little under a year. Currently has about 101K miles on the clock. I forgot my tripod during this shoot so the pics are not the greatest.
Within the first month of ownership, I tackled all the necessary maintenance issues: RSMs, tranny and diff fluids, fresh bushings, front brakes, new cooling system, aluminum radiator, and tranny mounts. Afterwards, I installed the LTWs, new shift knob, rear CF lip, front splitters, black kidneys, Alpine HU, and Vaders. It came with the 3-spoke steering wheel, Dinan SC, x-brace, Dinan front and rear strut braces, Dinan exhaust, and suspension. The white gauges were also already installed, so cut me some slack. Before. Had to get rid of the 18's stat. ![]() After ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Interior ![]() ![]() ![]() And where the magic happens... ![]() |

Your car looks absolutely amazing to me. I really wish my sedan was White. I love the look with LTW's. I think this and Avus are my favs. The carbon fiber looks great too. How has the Dinan SC been? Have you driven a stock E36 to compare it to?

Very nice usually not a fan of the white gauge faces but on alpine looks pretty good.

As I said in the rack thread, this is my dream car in terms of body style and colors. And the vaders are choice

I've owned NA M3's and my only major complaint was that they are a little light on power. Now it is just right, IMO. It is comparable to the 135i in grunt. Gas mileage suffers a little, but it is worth it. Definitely a blast to drive.

Congrats on the nice car.
I wish my AW 3/4/5 had Vaders, LTW's and a SC ![]()

I was thinking about the unpainted CF trunk lip on my estoril sedan back when it had LTWs and those front splitters too... I'm glad I got it painted because it wouldn't have looked anywhere near as nice as it does on yours.
The holes in the front bumper where there's no longer a lip stand out a lot more on Alpine though, any thoughts on filling them somehow? |
