Smile 98 Estoril M3 Vert

Hello All-
My posts are low, but I have used this forum countless times to help me learn all about my car - THANK YOU to all who take the time to post and reply and help us all out

I might have a chance to move into a LSB Vert and if so, I will be selling my car soon after. Time is of the essence and this post was done quickly. I am more than willing to offer further details, info, pics, etc to anyone who is serious about this car. The following description is as open and honest as I can be.

98 M3 Vert 5sp. Estoril/Dove. 1 of 2252(IIRC) E36 M3 Vert 5-speeds imported to US. Probably less than 20% of those were Estoril. I am the third owner and have owned for 2 years. 1st owner had until 06 and put about 46k miles on it. 2nd owner bought it, rarely drove it and sold it. I bought it two years ago with about 49k on it. It currently has about 58k. Only driven in nice weather May-Oct.
Non-heated and manual seats, HK sound, Forged wheels, Full OBC, and cruise. I have all the manuals, all the keys, the spare wheel, the tool kit in trunk, the window sticker, even the flashlight in the glove box. The car has been garaged since new and stored every winter. Average miles per year driven is less than 5k.

Regular maint was performed until my ownership. Since then: 2 oil changes, upgraded rear shock mounts w/ plates, RTABs w/limiters, Sachs rear shocks, rear welding reinforcement, tranny fluid, rear diff fluid, coolant flush, brake fluid, new Sum HRTZII tires, OEM floormats, and Emiata window. I was going to start replacing the cooling system components next year, though nothing is wrong with any of them currently. The original top is in great shape and has been Ragg topped by me. The headliner is in perfect shape.

MODS
Conforti CAI with Shark Injector flash (Installed by previous owner)
UUC/Corsa RSCExhaust (Installed by Turner)
UUC EVO III SSK, with bushings, DSSR, and ZHP knob (Installed by Turner)
Depo halogen projector with LED AE’s (Osram nighbreakers for hi and lows)
DDM smoked sides, corners and tails with stealth amber bulbs where applicable.
Turner black kidneys

I had a PPI done at Laurel BMW in Chicago 2 years ago. I have since had the car fully inspected by both my independent shop (3D Auto in Hudson, NH) and Turner Motorsports. There are 4 issues with the car. 1) The tension straps on the top have lost a little tension and I need to reach back when I am putting the top down to sometimes help the back of the top go all the way up so the deck lid doesn’t scrap it. 2) The passenger occupancy sensor is tripping the airbag light. It will most likely need to be replaced. 3) The previous owner replaced the battery with a non BMW spec one. 4) The passenger side selt belt trim piece is broken.

The paint is in fantastic shape, it has never been in an accident, all panels are original. I had a few door dings etc fixed by Dentwizard in Danvers, MA. It does however, have what I consider to be normal front end “wear” (very small rock chips, etc). The interior is completely stock, the only two issues being slight driver seat/side bolster wear and a coin holder that doesn’t hold coins. No lights out w the HVAC, no failures with the check system, and all speakers/tape player/CD changer work. The Rims are in very good condition, some minor rash on a few of them. The spare is perfect.

Looking to get $13k. I am in S. NH. About 45 mins north of Boston, MA. I have bought my last 2 cars over 1300 miles away, know how to do it, and will help you all I can if you are not local. And no trade offers please, I already found a possible replacement

Please email me – bryantmorris88@yahoo.com

Thank you!!
