Default Help! Seat Swap....

hi i have a 2002 M3 that came with leather and cloth seats. i was planning on trading for full black nappa leather. I had some offers from people who has electronic seats but im not sure if it would work since mines didnt come with electronic seats. If anyone has ever swap seats befor from non elecectric to electric please leave DIY instruction.

see if you have the big yellow plug that powers everything.

There is a good picture of the plug and wiring harness in a post just below this one about removing the passenger seat without getting a light. (airbag light that is) If you have the same connector check to see how many wires are going into the seat from the car.
