Anyone CUSTOM tune from ESS?

Just wondering if anyone has ever gotten a CUSTOM tune from ESS? With enough bolt on mods I wouldn't mind making the drive one state over for them to do a custom tune. I'd assume they would start with one of their off the shelf tunes and then fine tune it from there. Anyone ever have this done by them? Just wondering if anyone has feedback. Of course I'll ask them for info but just wondering if anyone has gone that route?

planning on doing this in another few months or so, but will be sending them my A/Fs from a few dyno pulls to do it. Arizona is a hike from Virginia so unfortunately can't have them tune it in real time
