WTB: 04-06 E46 M3 prefer AW, Manual, low miles

Hey everyone I'm looking for a low mileage (I'm thinking under 20k, but up to 35k for AW ONLY), mint M3 with the following:

Musts:
MY 04-06
6 speed
Sunroof
Low mileage

Strongly desire AW, but will only consider other colors as long as they have under 20k miles on them.

Prefer CWP, OEM 19" rims

For interior, gray is strongly undesired.

Southwest cars are preferred, but will consider other regions.

I am a serious buyer and funds are available. Thank you.

Mine is for sale - it's an 02, but bearing recall has been done - 18k miles. It's listed in the FS section here. Doesn't meet your specific list, but thought I would mention it. Good luck.

Mine is for sale but its an 2003.5 with 53k and SMG bone stock for $22,000 and with all mods $24,500

I have a 2005 AW M3 with 19k miles, Manual, Sunroof, OEM 19's and some CF parts that I MIGHT be interested in selling. It's never touched rain, always been garaged, and is SOOO clean inside and out. Still smells like a brand new car when you hop in. Needless to say... this car was a super garage queen.
